Takayah Norris
Takayah Ain Norris, born in Chicago, Illinois, Minister and Speaker upholds a powerful testimony of supernatural breakthroughs. With no unconditional love provided for this young girl, family dysfunction plagued her childhood leaving her with more questions than answers. As she got older, she decided that her childhood experiences will no longer define her. At age 19 she gave her life to Jesus. Her skills of ministry where trained and developed at her local church Jump Ministries Global Church, Orlando Fl under the leadership of Dr. Durron Hepburn. As she allowed herself to bloom in Christ, she started a company called Real in The Field Production Inc. Shortly after, she came into a fashion label, Takayahain Designs. Her gifts and talents scored her the title of Ms. Orange County with Ms. Corporate America. She also manages RIF Elite Academy, where she mentors young girls and prepare them for the field of Creative Arts. Her influence speaks volumes within her community and her focus is speaking life into girls with powerful affirmations. Takayah Ain Norris exemplifies passion, drive, love, and inner fight which pushes her to believe the impossible.

Andrea Berry
Academy Administration/ Director's Assistant

From the age of 9, Andrea aspired to be a super model and began taking beginner classes with N.A.M productions. That continued until college where she then joined L.A Nation, modeling troop. But she felt her calling was much higher. While earning her Degree in Social work with the passion to help improve the lives of the youth and adolescents, Andrea began volunteering within the community assisting with food drives, and within child care facilities. That then led to her working within the city mentoring for locals in the Orlando and neighboring areas. Fast forward, still aspiring to be a super model Andrea is now administrative assistant at RIF Elite Academy. She also holds title as an adult model, role model, and mentor for the youth in the program.
Sharlene Williams
Assistant Instructor/Admin Team
Ms. Sharlene Williams is a woman of God first! She studied Fashion design and Dance at Orlando Technical College and Valencia College, graduating with honors with her Bachelors degree including studying abroad for IT International Business in London and Paris. Different genres of dance studied were ballet, praise dance, lyrical, tap, modern, and jazz dance. Ms. Williams has the anointing, the drive, and the passion to see the life’s of youth to be developed through the arts while also spreading the love of Christ. She is also highly trained in administrative skills and helps with the Academy needs.
Tamara Fraser
Director of Dance/Admin Team
Tamara Fraser is a highly talented dancer and choreographer with over 12 years of experience. As the Fine Arts Director at New Church of Faith, she oversees the church's dance ministry and fine arts programs.
Tamara's dance background is extensive, spanning a variety of genres from classical ballet to contemporary dance, jazz, and tap, with a particular passion for liturgical dance. She has a deep connection to movement and a remarkable ability to use dance to portray characters, situations, and abstract concepts.
